  • Adopt-A-Highway Event
    Sunday, April 22, 2018

    Join the YMF and the ASHE Delaware Valley Young Members Committee as we continue our work for the Adopt-A-Highway Program!

    This year, the spring pick up will be on Sunday, April 22, 2018, starting at 11am in Ambler, PA! The groups will meet together at the Fireside Bar and Grille on Bethlehem Pike and return after the clean up for refreshments and food!

    Registration info can be found here. This is a FREE event. Please RSVP by April 13, 2018 to allow us to pick up enough vests and supplies from PennDOT for the big day! For insurance purposes with PennDOT, all participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Critical Issues Seminar
    Wednesday, April 25, 2018

    Join the ASCE Philadelphia Younger Member Forum for its annual Critical Issues Seminar, a technical panel discussion where we invite industry professionals to discuss a currently pressing issue in the field of Civil Engineering.

    The topic this year will be the Federal Infrastructure Plan, and panelists will be:
    • Leslie Richards
      • Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
    • Michael Girman
      • Vice President at AECOM and ACEC/PA's Government Affairs Committee Chair
    • Stephen Mullin
      • President and Principal of Econsult Solutions and Adjunct Instructor at Drexel University's Center for Public Policy
    There will be a brief networking period prior to the start of the seminar, with appetizers provided and a cash bar.
