On Wednesday October 16th the YMF visited Temple University with a panel of engineers that represented some of the various fields of Civil Engineering. ASCE YMF board members Colette Montague, P.E., Chris Gray, P.E. and Brett Coleman, E.I.T. along with former YMF board member Jennifer Pesch, P.E. made up the panel that represented Highway, Structural, Transportation and Environmental Engineering respectfully. There were approximately 40 students who had the chance to ask the panel questions about how prepared they were entering their career, challenges they had to overcome, how they set themselves apart and other questions that would give them insight into being a successful engineer. The panelist stuck around to answer any additional questions students may have had.
