While preserving the natural beauty and wildness of the Wissahickon is a top priority, Friends of the Wissahickon is also committed to restoring the Park's many man-made structures, which mirror its diverse history and heritage. The YMF in conjunction with "Friends of Wissahickon" restored two structures in the park on Saturday, November 5th, 2011. Below are a few pictures from the event:
