PennDOT Traffic Control Center Tour

On Thursday, December 17, 2009 PennDOT District 6 provided a tour of their traffic control center to the Philly Section YMF. The traffic control center is the central nervous system of District 6's ITS program. PennDOT staff explained in detail the 24 hour operation and also fielded many questions from YMF members. Afterwards the YMF reconvened at Rock Bottom Brewery in the King of Prussia Mall for appetizers and drinks. Over 25 people attended the tour and the happy hour.
